Shipping policy

In-stock items generally leave our studio within 5 business days, but we are a small team of real humans so sometimes delays can occur. Dyed to order items will ship after they are dyed, usually 3-6 weeks after they are ordered. Yarn of the Month orders ship on the LAST day of the month in question, though orders in the last week of any given month can take an extra week or two for us to dye up. Questions or concerns?
