Code of Conduct
Team Oink always has, and always will, proudly and constantly strive to be an ally & friend to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled people, & beyond, regardless of what acronyms, labels, or pronouns you use to self-identify. We understand that allyship is ongoing work -- like becoming a better knitter or crocheter, it is something that takes time, and must be practiced. True allyship is a life-long learning process that is never complete.
At Oink Pigments, diversity and equality are essential to who we are, and allyship with marginalized folx is a core part of our identity. In our business interactions, We have a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, bullying, and hate speech. We do not permit discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, or national origin; gender identity or expression; sexual orientation; family status; body size; religion; ability or disability; or similar.Â
We strongly believe that it is our responsibility to promote and defend diversity. Oink Pigments makes every effort to only collaborate with brands that share these values. As such, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions and/or terminate business relationships with any business or person that, in our judgment, fails to adhere to our zero-tolerance discrimination and/or bullying policies.
