And so it is, the season after the season, and the one we really look forward to all year - the release of new colors, and new things. And oh! The shiny and wonderful new things we have in store for you!
Oink Sock in our 6 new colors, from left to right: The Dark Knitnight; Stupid Cupid; Birthday Suit; Don't Be Koi; That's A Moray; 4 Play
First, many long hours in the dye studio concocting a series of visions and combining them with a series of happy accidents yielded a delightful palette of new colors. None of these are anywhere near Pantone's picks for 2016's "colors of the year" but we adore them, and we hope you will too. As of right now, you can get them all in our online shop in any of our existing bases.

And next is an extra special treat that we've been dreaming about for ages, and we're beyond thrilled to finally be able to make it happen. Please welcome to the world 'Helix' (because yarn is in our DNA). For the time being, you can ONLY get it from your LYS, so if you're dying to have a skein of your own, call them up and tell them to contact us! We've made some changes to our wholesale policy which will (hopefully) make it even easier for your local yarn store to carry our yarns, so they can order just one hank for you in whichever of our colorways you choose, which means YOU can support both your favourite LYS and your favourite indie dyer at the same time :@)

This decadent fingering-weight blend of alpaca, extrafine merino, and silk is spun and hand dyed in the USA from domestically sourced alpaca and merino. The name is a playful mashup of 'Helena' and 'Alexa', and the yarn is truly a dream to work with. At 400yds to 100g, this lofty 3-ply has a light twist and beautiful drape, and is perfect for shawls, scarves, cowls, and anything intended for next-to-skin wear. We hope you'll love it as much as we do.
